I am currently sitting in Atlanta Int'l Airport, waiting for my connection flight home after a soul journey to Mexico City. I have pre-Hispanic music in my headphones in an attempt to keep some of the magic I found in Mexico alive within. The story I want to tell you begins back in September, on the eve of Latinee History Month. Prior to this phase of my life, I was not deeply connected with Frida Kahlo.
