My name is Lily and I am a social worker, yoga guide, activist, and witch trying to understand this life while living in beautiful New York.  I am not an expert and I can not provide you with definitive answers,  but what I can promise you is honesty and vulnerability. I offer to you my lived experience and my professional skills to support you on your own journey.
