Embodied Yoga
Yoga is a liberation tool that enables us to connect our mind body and spirit. I lead both individual and group sessions of trauma informed movement, breathwork, and reflection. This practice is meant for any human who has experienced trauma and is looking for holistic somatic tools to calm their nervous system and consciously move their bodies. Sacred Fire
Fire is a sacred act that goes all the way back to our earliest ancestors. Through ceremonial fire we focus our attention, develop chanting mantra, and find stillness.

Celebrate a young one's first bleed. A Mother's pregnancy-a Mother's conception journey, a Mother's Foster/Adoption Journey-a Mother's creative project birthing, The wise crone's ending of bleed time.

This is an inclusive space-created with the understanding the we exist in a spectrum not a binary. All who have a uterus or are female identifying are welcome at the fire.

Life Coaching
4 Week Session: In this brief intervention we identify the focused barrier you wish to create an action plan for. A great option if you already know what is misaligned in your life path. We meet once a week for 75 minutes, beginning with a body tune in and then moving into the work

8 Week Session: This 2 month working time is great for continued support in implementing your action plan. We will develop a somatic practice to help change your daily wellbeing and foster the change you wish to make. We meet once a week for 2 months, sessions are 90 minutes. 30 Minutes of dedicated mindful movement; 60 minutes of cognitive processing.

12 Week Session: This plan is supportive for clients who feel that the complexity of their change needs more sustained support. Interrupting patterns of inner dialogues and interpersonal interactions; we use role playing, boundary setting, and reflection journaling to break into a new way of being. This plan is supplemented with somatic based movement. We meet weekly for 3 months; 90 minute sessions. 30 Minutes of mindful movement and 60 minutes of cognitive adapting.
